Lesli & Rachel,
There are no words to express the amount of gratitude I feel for the outstanding job that you both did for our event. Things seemed to go flawlessly, even though I know you were probably preventing chaos or putting out fires. At our last wedding, I couldn’t even find the coordinator after searching for her frantically several times during the night. And the caterer forgot the pasta bar, and we ran out of food. I was the one putting out the fires.
Lesli, you seemed to magically appear out of nowhere just when we needed you or to keep the timeline moving along. I had so, so many people tell me how beautiful everything was, how well executed it was and how it was the most delicious food they had ever had at a wedding.
Rachel, I knew it was going to be good after the tasting, but it truly exceeded my expectations. All of it was just fabulous.
My best girlfriend said I set a new standard in weddings and that’s all because of you two. You both were so accommodating and laid back, too, that Hillary and I felt so confident that things would be perfect, and they were. We loved your “take charge, don’t mess with me” attitude, Lesli, when it was needed like with the drunk frat boys towards the end. And Rachel, I know you went above and beyond to prepare food for Melissa with all of her allergies. She said it was the best food she’d ever had at a wedding, too, and the first time she had a whole meal she could eat. Please thank your staff too. They were phenomenal. Even though Briscoe Manor was a long way from Kingwood, it was well worth the journey. It’s a beautiful, serene Texas setting with an outstanding staff and I wil highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
