Behind the Bash is Briscoe Manor’s exclusive on-site caterer. The duo have been a team since Briscoe Manor’s inception in 2006. Although Behind the Bash has done over 3,800 events, almost 1,000 of those have been here at Briscoe Manor as we approach our 10th year anniversary. After being in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, Rachel Plunkett, owner of Behind the Bash, saw a need for high-end restaurant quality food in a catering setting atmosphere. After putting the nay-sayers to rest with her new very successful catering company, Rachel is willing to accept any type of culinary challenge. Behind the Bash takes pride in appealing to any palette ranging from simple BBQ to grass fed beef tenderloin. The food that Behind the Bash provides is truly a culinary experience and hosting a wedding at Briscoe Manor shouldn’t have to be just Grilled chicken breast with rice pilaf !  We are different and it’s what makes us both great choices for our Brides!
