- Ceremony – Briscoe Chapel or Balke’s Lakeside (outdoor venue, Chairs needed for ceremonies outdoor must rented by the client through Briscoe Manor)
- Reception – Crofton Ballroom
- Other – Amy’s Courtyard or Balke’s Lakeside (outdoor venue)
- 60″ round tables – (Based on availability from the above)
- Mahogany chivari chairs with ivory cushions – (Based on availability from the above)
- 1 – Iron hurricane centerpiece with 3″ pillar candle per table (up to 35)
- Cake Tables – choose size of table from the above availability
- 6 – 6 ft. tables – buffet or food station setup
- 1 – 6 ft. table – DJ or entertainment station

- Ceremony & Reception Events – nine hour rental (2hr-set up, 30min – seating of guests, 30-min – ceremony, 4 hr – cocktailing & reception, 2-hr- breakdown)
- Any Events outside of “normal” events schedule will be assessed additional fees.
- Day Of Coordinator Package – Coordinate Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception events and details.
- Indoor Lighting Packages Available
- Outdoor – Hope Floats package (stringed lights across courtyard)
- Rehearsal Time – up to 60 minutes under direction of Wedding Coordinator.
- Event Security – Two officers for a maximum of six hours each
- Should the size of the event require extra Officers and/or hours – Additional charges will apply, Ask Sales Coordinator
- Bridal or Engagement Photo Session – Up to 4 hours use of the Briscoe Facilities based upon date availability.
- Luxurious Bridal Suite & Entertaining Groomsmen Lounge.
